The Bilogora Trail takes place at the very beginning of autumn, and it is the longest running race in the Bilogora area. Runners can choose one of three races – Squirrel, which is seven kilometers long, Roe Deer, which is 19 kilometers long, or Boar, which is 27 kilometers long. All trails pass almost entirely through the forest, the road is only crossed in three places, so the Bilogora Trail is also a great opportunity to get to know the area from a slightly different perspective. Anyone who feels ready for it can take part in the race and register on time via the Stotinka website and pay the entrance fee, and after the race they may have a snack or socialize.
Sightjogging
The wonderful landscape and relatively low hills and slopes of Bilogora are ideal for runners of all levels of fitness and readiness. Running enthusiasts who like to indulge in this type of recreation in solitude will enjoy the gorgeous landscapes woven from fields and forests. And those who prefer to run in company will be attracted by one of the several events dedicated to runners that are held in this area a couple of times a year, organized by the Bjelovar Athletic Club, the City of Bjelovar, the GO2 Association and the Association of School and Sports Societies of the Bjelovar-Bilogora County.
FunRun
FunRun Bjelovar is a spring race that takes place once a year, in the first half of June, and runs through the very center of Bjelovar. The event consists of three separate races, those of five and ten kilometers and a relay race of four times of two and a half kilometers. Anyone who feels ready for it can take part in the race and register on time via the Stotinka website and pay the entrance fee. During each race, accompanying contents are organized for the youngest participants, as well as an after party with a DJ for all runners.
