The Ethno Park Veliko Trojstvo
The Ethno Park is located at Braće Radić Street 28 in Veliko Trojstvo. This park is a unique display of traditional architecture in the area of Bjelovar and Bilogora. This means that, within the park, you will be able to see what a hut, a stable, a barn, a bread oven, a well, a cornfield and other elements of every traditional yard in the spirit of the area. The park hides buildings where a valuable ethnic collection is gathered, which consists of more than a thousand different exhibits that give us an idea of what customs, culture and everyday life were like in this area.
During the construction of the Ethno Park, every detail was thought of, so the fence that surrounds it is made of woven brush, as it was in the past. In its centre is the house where Josip Broz Tito once lived, which later served as a museum space. Entrance to the Ethno Park is free with prior notice on the telephone number 043 885 643. It is an ideal place for a trip with the family and getting to know old crafts, folklore and the former way of life in the Bjelovar-Bilogora County.
